Refund and Returns Policy


Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in selecting the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the size guide to find your best fit

– Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents.
– Do NOT return the order by your own before contacting us via our email first Do NOT use the returned address on the shipping label. It’s just for shippers belonging to shipping companies, NOT recipients.
– After receiving your email, we will review and respond to you ASAP.

– You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
– Your case is not approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
– The item(s) have been worn or washed
– The item(s) have been altered in any way
– The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
– The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
– The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily.
– The item(s) were discounted 20% or more.
– Our tags are cut, damaged in any way.
– The item(s) are not far different from the description and our product quality information.


What is your return policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved, we will resend a replacement. Please DO NOT return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. reserves the right to deny any return request.

The Steps of Getting a Refund/Return
– Gather documentation (e.g. photos, video) of any issues once they are encountered and message us at with that information.
– Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse as the information received from our Customer Support Team.
– Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return.
– Inform us of the tracking number stated on the postal service/carrier’s shipping label.
– The refund will be completed once the package reaches our warehouse.

When are returns not possible?

If you have placed an order with a wrong item/address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for a return for the following reasons. If:
– The order is not corrected within 24 hours.
– The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or
– The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
– Received the ordered correct item

How long is the return process
Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the day we received your return request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
